WOW, this is a very disturbing story. I actually have had a similar issue. There is a web sit online (I plead non contest to a battery charge) which stated I had been convicted of rape! I was horrified and asked to speak to a supervisor? The individual whom I was speaking to wouldnt allow me to and also wouldnt identify themselves! I informed them that I had all the original paper work stating (minute order) my plea and showing all of the charges had been expunged, but they refused to accept this? They informed me that I would have to go all the way to the court (an hour away) and have the individual contact them? What a joke. The company is also located in Seattle?
